Illustration Selected by AOI
We are pleased to announce that we will be in the prestigious AOI’s (Association of Illustrators) Images 36 – Best of British Contemporary Illustration 2012. This is the second year in a row Design and i’s creative director Martin Hyde’s illustration’s have been featured. Last year we had our iconic illustration for the Derby Greyhound swinging sign featured. This year it is the lead piece from an illustration series called The Visitors. The piece is called Visitor Support, and features the Derby Cathedral and a giant mechanical robot. The Visitor series were produced on brushed aluminium and have been widely exhibited around the region, including the Tarpey Gallery and the Royal Derby Hospital.
